Love them

Another pair of amazing trousers. However, I did have to return them for a bigger size as my usual 34 short was a bit on the tight side, mainly the thigh width, but I do like them a bit baggy! I usually wear an M&S stretch Jean size 14R which is slightly tight these days but a 16 is way too big. The R&F 34W short fit the same as the M&S 14R jeans but I wanted them more roomy so exchanged for 36 short, but now I need a belt on them, which is ok. They’re not actually that short either, more like a 31 length but if you prefer them to almost cover your shoes they’re perfect (I’m 5ft 3).
Overall I’d highly recommend them. I’ve had so many compliments on ALL 10 of my Run & Fly jeans, absolutely love them.

Measuring chart is inaccurate

I've been trying for 14 days to get a return. If customer service tells me that I need to order pants that are TWO INCHES larger than the size chart on their website, then it should say this ANYWHERE on the measuring chart for the amazing pants I ordered that don't fit. I'm so upset.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable review. We have carefully reviewed the measurements of the trousers from the photos you provided, and they fall within the measurements provided of our size guide on our website so they are not faulty. We advised that our measurements are of the garment laid flat so you may wish to add an inch or two for movement.

As a small business, we currently do not offer free returns for our international customers. However, we do provide several return options, including an exchange, which you declined.

We regret that we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.
