International Delivery

International shipping costs vary depending on your destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.

All international orders are sent using a fully tracked service to help protect your parcel during transit.

To protect both our customers and our small business, international orders are limited to £299 per order, as our shipping insurance only covers parcels up to this value.

If you'd like to purchase more than £299 worth of goodies, simply place multiple orders.

Please note:

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing in your destination country.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are set by the destination country, not by Run & Fly, and are the responsibility of the customer unless we have specifically advised that they will be collected by us before dispatch.

Our clothing is ethically manufactured in India, Turkey and the United Kingdom, so any customs charges will vary depending on the products purchased and the regulations in your country.

Where we collect import charges before dispatch, we calculate them as accurately as possible using the information available at the time of your order.

If we discover that you have paid more than required, we'll automatically refund the difference to your original payment method.

If the amount due is higher than originally calculated, we'll contact you before dispatch with the exact amount and ask whether you'd like to continue.

If you choose not to proceed, we'll cancel your order and issue a full refund, provided your order has not yet entered our fulfilment process.

If import charges are not collected by Run & Fly before dispatch, your local customs authority or delivery provider may contact you to collect any applicable duties, taxes, VAT or handling fees before your parcel can be delivered.

Unfortunately, Run & Fly has no control over these charges and cannot reimburse or pay them on your behalf.

If a parcel is refused at delivery or returned because customs charges have not been paid, we can refund the value of the returned items only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as these have already been paid to the shipping provider.

Shipping to the European Union

We've updated how we ship to customers in the European Union to make ordering as smooth and transparent as possible.

Where applicable, customs duties, import VAT and any other charges will be calculated before your order is dispatched.
