Disappointed

I was so excited to wear this dress, which I did to the office.

Today it’s been washed once and it’s horribly faded - this was after a 30 degree gentle wash with a non biological detergent and line dried :(

Great pattern, material cheap

Love the pattern and the fit. The material is cheap, like I would get at any fast fashion shop. It says 97% cotton but certainly doesn’t feel that way. Took two washings to make it soft enough to wear-maybe in time it will get softer.

I can confirm that our smock dresses are made with 97% cotton and 3% jersey so they will have a different feel compared to our standard stretch twill cotton. Hope this helps!
