Shipping policy

 

We use Royal Mail 24 hour service for UK orders sent directly from our warehouse in Leicester.  This is a flat rate cost of £3.99.  Orders over £50 have free shipping. You can also choose DPD which is £7.

International rate is variable depending on the service and the country selected. You will have a range of options at checkout. 

We cannot accept orders to PO BOXES.

Please be aware VAT and import charges are the customers responsibility, these may be charged by countries outside of the UK and we have no control over this.

We send all orders tracked. This is so your orders are fully insured and covered incase of loss or damage in transit. We do not cover the cost of import taxes, this must be covered by the buyer. 

We cannot offer at present an express service but endeavour to send your order as soon as possible. Most are sent the next working day if ordered after 12pm. 

Please be aware also that many countries charge additional duty and taxes on imported goods. These charges will fall to the customer to pay for separately upon delivery and are not included in our costs.  This now includes countries within Europe.

 

 

We’ve recently updated how we ship to the US to make things smoother for you.

All US orders are now dispatched via Royal Mail with a tariffs pre-paid label. This means you won’t be contacted by a courier asking for further unexpected and higher fees, and it also helps prevent parcels being returned if tariff emails go missing. 

To cover these tariff costs, there may be an additional charge on top of the shipping fees you pay at checkout. We’ll always email you before dispatch to confirm this and ask if you’d like us to raise an invoice. If you’d rather not go ahead, no problem, we can cancel and refund your order instead.

Please note:

• Tariff fees vary depending on your order value and the type of items purchased (our clothing is made in India, Turkey & the UK).

• If you choose not to pay the additional fee, we unfortunately cannot send your parcel.

• If you reject a delivery and it is returned to us, we can refund the cost of the items only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as we pay these upfront and do not get them back.

We understand US customs charges can be expensive, and we’ll always do our best to keep you informed so there are no surprises.
