Order Changes & Cancellations

You can amend or cancel your order at any time before it enters our fulfilment process. Simply log into your Run & Fly account or contact us at hello@runandfly.co.uk as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Most orders are dispatched within one working day, Monday to Friday.

Returns

We offer a generous 60 day voluntary returns policy, which is in addition to your statutory consumer rights. UK customers can enjoy FREE returns through our Royal Mail Returns Portal. Full details can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

International Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other handling charges depending on the regulations of their country.

For some destinations, including the European Union and the United States, Run & Fly may calculate and collect these charges before dispatch. We calculate these as accurately as possible using the information available at the time of your order.

If you've paid more than required, we'll automatically refund the difference. If additional charges are required, we'll contact you before dispatch. If you choose not to continue, you may cancel your order for a full refund before it enters our fulfilment process.

Where import charges are not collected by Run & Fly before dispatch, they remain the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by your local customs authority or delivery provider before your parcel is delivered.

Total Price

Your order total, including applicable taxes, shipping charges and any fees collected by Run & Fly before dispatch, will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
