Sizing is out

Love the pattern but the fit is off. I've got the same style/size of dress in the hedgehogs and the foxes both of which are the same fit. However this one is tighter round the arms and bust and smaller in the waist. Having made a direct comparison between the 3 and got a tape measure put I'm wondering if the wrong sizing label was sewn into the frog dress as its about an inch smaller at the bust and maybe an inch and a half smaller in the waist.

Fortunately, the dress still actually fits as I was aiming for a loser/more relaxed fit so the smaller size isn't a disaster, but it's disappointing all the same.

It's not the first time I've bought an item in the same style and size only to find it smaller - I've bought a number of run and fly items over the past few years because I love the designs but I do find the sizing unreliable.

Such a lovely comfortable dress. Perfect length and the colours are bright and fun. Wish the belt was longer. Otherwise a perfect dress.
