As you may know Royal Mail are still striking throughout November and December which are causing delays to our orders.
The strike dates as planned currently are as follows:
- Wednesday November 30th
- Thursday December 1st
- Friday December 9th
- Sunday December 11th
- Wednesday December 14th
- Thursday December 15th
- Friday December 23rd
Royal Mail have stated:
"On days when national strike action is taking place:
- We will deliver as many Special Delivery and Tracked 24 parcels as possible
- We will prioritise the delivery of COVID test kits and medical prescriptions wherever possible
- We will not be delivering letters (with the exception of Special Delivery)"
So please allow plenty of time to place your order in time for Christmas.
Christmas Order Deadlines
For UK orders please place your order latest by the 12th of December.
For International orders please place your order latest by the 9th of December.
Christmas Returns and Exchanges
Any order placed throughout November and December will be valid for our extended returns and exchanges policy of 75 days. If you are worried about your order arriving back to us in time please drop us a message at email@example.com and we will do our best to advise you.
For UK orders please use our Free Returns Portal to generate a returns label and inside your parcel please include a note containing your order number, reason for return and exchange or refund request, our warehouse team will arrange this for you.
For International orders you are responsible for the cost to return back to us, but you do have the option of returning to our UK returns hub:

Inside your parcel please include your order number and reason for return. Please then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your returns tracking number and we can either dispatch your exchange or refund you the item.
Our small, lovely warehouse team will be closing on the 23rd of December and will re-open on the 4th of January. If your return parcel arrives between this time please allow our team to process this when they are back.
