Unrealistic sizing

Ive bought several pants same size and this is the only 1 that does not fit, the sizing is off even compared to the warnings you get online. Also experienced terrible customer service regarding my disappointment with this purchase. Based on my experience I am no longer a customer and cannot reccomend this company to any1, and I used to be a very happy camper with lots of fun shiny "out there" kinda outfits cuz they fit my style.

As I explained over our email conversation the two trousers you were comparing were different styles with varying waistband heights which is why they had different size guides and measurements. We offered to refund you upon return to our warehouse which was then declined by yourself, this unfortunately leaves us at a standstill with this matter. We wish you all the best.

My new favourite trousers!

Ordered it for a special event and absolutely love the print and retro vibe. I had to customise the waist as I have an awkward shape. It fit my thighs perfectly and I wore it to see Barbie! Fast shipping too, will come back again in the future!
