Shipping Information & Returns

We use Royal Mail tracked 24 service for UK orders sent directly from our warehouse in Leicester.  This is a flat rate cost of £3.99. Orders over £50 have free shipping. 

You can also choose a Next Working Day Courier option which is £7, this can be provided by DPD, Parcelforce or UPS depending on their availability in your area. Please note that any orders placed with this service on a Friday will next be due for delivery on the following Monday.

If you need to amend your shipping provider after placing an order please contact us as soon as possible on and we will do our best to resolve this for you.

Most are sent the next working day if ordered after 12pm. Our small warehouse team operates Monday - Friday, any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

International rate is variable depending on the service and the country selected. You will have a range of options at checkout.

Please note we do stop international orders at £299 as this is to protect us and yourself as a small business as if the item is lost the insurance only covers up to this amount. If you would like to order more than this then please split your order. 

We cannot accept orders to PO BOXES.


- Please be aware VAT and import charges are the customers responsibility, these may be charged by countries outside of the UK and we have no control over this.

- We send all orders tracked. This is so your orders are fully insured and covered incase of loss or damage in transit. We do not cover the cost of import taxes, this must be covered by the buyer. 


We have extended our returns period to 75 days from the original order date for the Holiday season, any orders placed in December will qualify for this extended returns. Please be aware all tags and packaging must be included with returns. From January 2024 this will then reduce back to 60 days for all new orders placed after January 1st 2024.  There must be no sign of wear on returned items with clothing tags still attached.  All items for refund are processed within five working days of receiving the items back in our warehouse. If you would like an exchange please let us know and we will swap the item for you and ship the new size free of charge. Please allow five working days from us receiving the item in order to dispatch the new one. We can only exchange the item for the same style in a different size, if you request a different item you will be refunded. 

If you have purchased Run & Fly items from one of our stockists but are having issues with it please contact the stockist directly as we can only exchange or refund items purchased from this is because we do not hold your original order.

Please when returning items always include a note with your name, order number and reason for return so we can process everything as quickly as possible for you.

Please also note return shipping is FREE via Royal Mail for our UK customers. Please go to the FREE RETURNS portal to generate your label. Returns sent yourself and not using the free returns portal will not have the postage costs refunded to them. We do not refund original postage costs on orders that are unwanted. This will only be refunded if an item is faulty. If you are struggling with creating your return please contact us and we will be able to help you. 

Refunded items will go back onto the original payment method. As with all refunds it can take up to five working days to hit your account, this is due to the banks and not us. 

If you have paid by gift card it will automatically be credited back onto the gift card. If you have paid with more than one payment method including gift card it will automatically go to the gift card first. Please let us know if you would like it to go to the other payment method. We can only refund the total amount paid by the other payment method so if the full amount isn't reached the remaining will still be returned to the gift card.



Run & Fly are located in the UK, however we do have a US returns address, please follow the instructions below to ensure a quick and smooth refund. We do not refund shipping costs.

Important, please enclose the following in the package: 

- A filled out returns form or a note, with your name and order number. 

Please then email us with:

- Your order number

- The item(s) returned

- Your returns tracking number

- Your exchange size or refund request

As soon as we can confirm your tracked parcel has arrived at our hub we can arrange this for you. With exchanges we will mark the parcel as an exchange item so you shouldn’t get customs charges again but this isn’t something we can guarantee.

The fastest way for our international customers to exchange sizes is to place a new order however we cannot refund these expedited shipping costs. 

If you do not email us with this information about your return this can typically take our hub a few weeks to relay what has been returned.
