Order Changes & Cancellations
We're a small independent team and work hard to get your Run & Fly goodies on their way as quickly as possible.
Please read the information below before placing your order. It explains our shipping options, delivery times, customs information and how to amend or cancel your order.
We know mistakes happen, and sometimes you may need to change your order after you've placed it.
The quickest way to amend or cancel your order is by logging into your Run & Fly account, where you can manage your order before it enters our fulfilment process.
If you're unable to access your account, or would simply prefer to speak to us, please email hello@runandfly.co.uk as soon as possible and we'll do our very best to help.
You can request to:
• Update your delivery address.
• Change the size or colour of an item (subject to availability).
• Add or remove items from your order.
• Cancel your order for a full refund.
We'll happily make these changes at any time before your order enters our fulfilment process.
Once your order has entered our fulfilment process, including being picked, packed or prepared for dispatch, we're unfortunately unable to amend or cancel it.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to return it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, this cancellation policy applies to changes or cancellations requested before your order enters our fulfilment process. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase after delivery.
