Christmas Shipping Dates and Festive Closures
The festive season is officially on the horizon! We are getting ready to send out our final lot of parcels before we tuck everything in and take a well earned winter break. If you are hoping to pop some Run & Fly goodness under the tree, please note our final Christmas shipping dates and closure dates.
Last Shipping Date for Christmas Delivery
To give your order the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas, please make sure it is placed before the cut off below.
- Friday 19th December at midday is our final posting time to ensure delivery by Christmas.
- Orders placed after this point will still be sent, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive before the big day.
If you miss the cut off and need a last minute gift, our virtual gift cards are always available! They are delivered instantly to your email inbox and never expire, so they can be used whenever the recipient is ready to treat themselves.
Warehouse Christmas Closure
Our small warehouse team will be taking a festive break from 20th December until 5th January.
Any orders placed during this time will be packed and dispatched promptly once we return in the new year. Thank you so much for your patience while we recharge ourselves after one of our most difficult years.
Customer Service Holiday Schedule
Our lovely customer service elves will be away from 23rd December until 3rd January.
They will still be keeping a brief eye on emails for anything urgent, so if you need to make a cancellation or change to an order, please clearly mark your email as urgent and include your order number. This helps us get things sorted as quickly as possible.
